
Cisco Information Security Specialist
Summary:
Cisco Information Security Specialists focus on performing the
basic tasks necessary to secure the networks using the apprentice
knowledge of networking gained by Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA) certification and the skills learned in Securing Cisco
Network Devices (SND). The information Security Specialist is
awarded when the candidate achieves the CCNA certification and
passes the SND exam. Upon successful completion of the
specialisation certification, candidates will receive a letter
indicating that they meet the CNSS 4011 training standard.

years. To recertify, take and pass the current SND exam, or pass a
