Overview The Avaya ERS 5000/4500 Advanced Configuration and Maintenance (6723C) course provides you with specific ERS 5500 and 4500 training. The hands-on experience will include configuring the network infrastructure at Layer 2 and Layer 3.
The focus will also be on configuring the network for resilience, QoS for traffic prioritization and security, device and network security, and configuring convergence features such as PoE, 802.1AB, and Automatic Detection and Avaya IP Phones.
You will determine which management tools should be used to manage and troubleshoot networks with ERS 5500 and 4500 series switches.
Pre-Requisites
The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:
- Studentsare expected to understand Ethernet switching and basic networking technology along with Avaya Resiliency technologies
