Overview The Web Security Channel Partner Training (WSCPT)course covers how to design, install, configure, operate and maintain the S-Series. The course consists of hands-on labs, demos and presentations to help students learn technical aspects of the S-Series Web Security Appliances. After successful completion of the course, the participant will be able to describe, design, configure, administer, and troubleshoot.
Pre-Requisites
The knowledge and skills that a learner must have before attending this course are as follows:
- Knowledge of IP routing, and TCP/IP services, including DNS, SSH, FTP, SNMP, HTTP and HTTPS, is assumed
- High level understanding of web proxy servers is assumed
- High level understanding of web security concepts and technologies is assumed
- Some familiarity with the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) is desirable
