Synergy/Global Knowledge recognizes that learning is not just about attending training courses but is critical to an organisations success.  Today business is fast moving, competitive and demands a highly skilled workforce.   Our Learning Services offerings are designed to support our customers in achieving these goals and together we develop learning programmes that fit in with their strategy.

All the components of our Learning Services offerings are modular and so working with our Learning Consultants, our customers can select the support they need down to a granular level.  This gives them the flexibility to either use small pieces of our expertise to complement their existing internal skills within the Learning and Development department or to outsource all of their requirements to Synergy/Global Knowledge as a Managed Training Service.
