Dubai (UAE)– June 4, 2009 – Global Knowledge
announced today that it is the recipient of a Cisco Partner Summit
global award for Learning Partner of the Year. Cisco unveiled the
winners June 3 at its annual channel partner conference in
Boston.
The objective of the Global Awards is to recognize exemplary
channel partners whose behavior Cisco would like other partners to
model. Nominations include: innovative practices, applications
successes, unique programs, problem solving and sales approaches.
All winners are selected by a group of Cisco Worldwide Channels and
Theater executives.
“I have the honor and privilege of recognizing Global Knowledge
as a Cisco Partner Summit global award winner,” said Keith Goodwin,
senior vice president, Worldwide Channels at Cisco. “The Global
Learning Partner of the Year award recognizes Global Knowledge’s
performance and accomplishments as a Cisco channel partner in
2008.”

Cisco Partner Summit awards are presented at three levels:
regional, theater and global. Cisco Partner Summit global awards
reflect a partner’s performance within a specific technology market
across several geographic regions.
In addition, Global Knowledge Europe and United States/Canada
were each honored with theatre awards for Excellence in
Collaboration, while Global Knowledge MEA garnered the Excellence
in Acceleration award. As well, Global Knowledge’s affiliated
partner in Singapore, Global Knowledge-Asia/Pac, received the
theatre award for Excellence in Collaboration. The company’s
affiliate partner in Japan, Global Knowledge Japan, won the
Learning Partner of the Year theatre award.
