in CompTIA’s Authorized Partner Program. Platinum level is the
highest CompTIA training partner designation.
As a participant in the Authorized
Partner Program, Global Knowledge uses only CompTIA-approved

subject they teach. The program assures that students receive only

Joining the CompTIA Authorized
Partner Program involved a rigorous audit on the standards of

customer care. Approved CompTIA training partners receive a rating
of silver, gold, or platinum, depending on the extent of portfolio
and service offerings. Platinum status is awarded to CompTIA
training partners who purchase more than 1,000 CompTIA
certification exams and provide training on at least six CompTIA
certifications.
